Terms of Membership

Membership is personal, non-transferable, granted at Chicha Chi's discretion, and may be suspended or revoked for conduct that breaches the house rules.

Membership is by application only. Chicha Chi may approve, decline, suspend, or revoke membership at its discretion.

Membership dues are billed in advance. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; unused time is not refunded.

Prices and plans are subject to change at Chicha Chi's discretion.

Members must be 19 years of age or older. Government ID verification confirms age eligibility before membership is activated.

The club is a non-cash business. A valid debit or credit card, or Apple Pay / Google Pay, must be on file and is required for entry and service.

Chicha Chi reserves the right to refuse entry, end a session, or terminate membership for conduct that violates house rules or endangers other members or staff.
